RETURN POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. For products with no quality issues, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a defective product, we will provide a refund of the product amount (service fees, shipping fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable) after confirmation. To process your claim, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Our team will review and resolve your issue promptly

3. Refund Arrangement

After we receive and inspect your returned product with quality issues, we will process your refund once the issue is confirmed, and the funds will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
