RETURN POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or enters production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products with no quality issues. Due to the nature of B2B wholesale and the highly competitive pricing, small imperfections that do not affect the overall wearability or resale value are not classified as quality defects.
Non-Quality Issues include (but are not limited to):
- Minor Marks: Small stains or markings less than 0.5cm in diameter, or any markings on the inner lining/non-visible areas (e.g., inside the hem, armpits).
- Workmanship: Loose threads, un-cut buttonholes, minor stitching irregularities, or washable chalk marks.
- Material & Scent: Differences in fabric thickness/texture, or slight odors common in mass-produced apparel.
- Visual Variations: Slight color differences due to monitor settings or lighting, and size deviations within 3cm of the size chart.




3. Defective Products & Claims
If you receive a product with major quality defects (e.g., large holes, stains >1cm in visible areas, or incorrect items), we will provide a resolution after confirmation.
Resolution Options:
- Partial Refund/Compensation: For minor flaws that are outside our standard QC but do not prevent usage, we may offer a 20%-30% partial refund of the product price as a gesture of goodwill to maintain customer satisfaction without requiring a return.
- Full Refund of Product Price: For major defects, we will refund the product amount. (Note: Service fees, shipping fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.)
To Process a Claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via customer-service@vvic.com.
- Provide clear evidence: Photos or videos showing the defect alongside the product barcode/tag.
- Quantify the issue: For stains/holes, please use a ruler in the photo to show the dimensions.
Returns/Refunds are strictly not accepted for customized or personalized products.
4. Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved and the issue is confirmed, we will process your refund. The funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Delayed Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your financial institution, as processing times vary.
